This applies to Windows 10 and Ableton Live 9, 10 and 10 Beta: I have found you need to have at least the first 2 pages in Keyscape for this to occur but here are the steps to produce the crash: The crash occurs when you have a number of parameters learned for automation. I have done a test in Live 9, 10 and 10 Beta (on Windows 10) and can cause Live to crash in the same way by just having Keyscape loaded on a track in Live without Komplete Kontrol. Based on the fact that this same issue does not occur in other hosts i'd have to say it's a Live issue. The issue is probably Keyscape itself doing something strange with the way the Host Automation works since every preset contains a completely different control macro matrix but it seems Live has an issue handling this where other DAWs do not. Now that you say this is only happening in Ableton Live I can confirm this issue and it is not a Komplete Kontrol related issue at all, but what appears to be a Live issue or Keyscape issue. Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated. This issue has put a hold on all Business and client appointments. We can load and browse Omnisphere just fine. When changing presets of the Keyscape plugin(loaded in Live via the Komplete Kontrol instrument rack) with the S61 keyboard keyscape will always crash writhing 5 minutes of browsing presets.
With Komplete Kontrol S61 smart midi controller Hoping to find any help with this as I'd like to be able to use the browser I paid for. I also have the omnisphere preset browser which hasn't given any problems. After installing them to the user folders in the NI folders as directed keyscape will crash in standalone and also crash ableton if I'm using the KK instrument rack. I recently purchased the keyscape nks browser files.
